Performance (December 2024):

The Cost per Bus Passenger Trip of $12.27 in December exceeded the forecast by $3.83. This unfavorable variance was due to operating expenses coming in over budget and bus ridership falling short of the forecast by 0.1 million. The 2025 Fiscal Year-to-Date (months of July through December) Cost per Bus Passenger Trip of $9.52 exceeded the forecast by $1.16. This unfavorable variance was due to operating expenses coming in over the budget and bus ridership falling short of the forecast by 0.1 million.
